A brilliant gents outfitters. Offering country clothing/shooting clothing and accessories. Brilliant helpful staff who are not pushy but very knowledgeable about the large range of stock that they hold.
This evening I went out to spend some vouchers I had received as birthdays presents from friends and family. I'm 15 and was looking forward to spending them on a nice item. I knew that Humphrey and Tilly had a wide range of quality products so I knew that I could get myself something nice. I found what I wanted and was pleased with it. But when I went to the counter I was told one voucher was valid and the other had expired. I was told that the shop had changed it's banking and till system 2 years ago and they stopped selling the voucher I had 2 years ago. I found this hard to believe as I received the voucher exactly a year ago so I didn't know what to say. I asked if it was possible to have at least some of the value of the voucher removed from the price of the item, they refused and told me that wasnt possible. I also couldnt understand this as there was no code or anything on the voucher, so I couldn't see how they couldn't remove the value of the voucher from the original price of the item.I'd had to travel 40 miles to get to Humphrey and Tilly to be treated like this. I'm 15 and spending my birthday gifts that friends and family had got on my behalf, I was furious as they wouldn't even do a deal or knock some money off. I'm friends with a lot of people who would shop in Humphrey and Tilly and I'm going to make sure they all know that the way they treat their customers is unacceptable in my opinion. At 15 and being a young lad, I would've hoped that such a well renowned and respected company would've treated treated me better.
Humphrey & Tilly provided the outfits for our groom & groomsmen for our wedding !We got married this weekend & EVERYONE commented how smart they all looked.The service we received from David & his team was amazing.My 82 year old dad was made to feel so special!!Thank you so much
