Alina and Rob managed an overseas order masterfully and their customer care was excellent. I placed an order from Canada and they had lots of options for contacting them and they were quick to respond to email exchanges. They also offered to send pictures of the floral arrangement, which they promptly did on the day of the funeral. Of course, as I anticipated, the arrangement was gorgeous. Many many thanks to Alina and Rob and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Absolutely brilliant service.
