Ordered my pets medication 10 days ago and still no news. I have a sick dog and resorted to get from another vet. because medication was running short. Even the customers service think it is too much time to wait. Please avoid this seller.

I love VetUK for their prices and stock. They deliver in around 3 days but sometimes much faster. I've been using them for more than 4 years and the only times I've had issue is when there's something wrong. There can be quite a process in returning things, photo evidence etc. However sometimes they've been very quick to sort it out. So I guess it depends on who you speak with. I recommend VetUK to everyone I know involved with animals.
